Tucked in Clunes’ historic streetscape, 52 delivers great coffee with vintage charm. Welcoming, down-to-earth, and a favourite for good reason.
Nestled in the High Street, Trentham General is a beloved café offering top-notch coffee and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Housed in the town’s old National Bank building, it blends historic charm with modern comforts.
You can also take home some of our finest beans. Our region boasts several top-notch coffee roasters crafting exceptional brews. Castlemaine-based Coffee Basics (as per above) were one of the first on the scene, brining over 60 years of family tradition and skill to the art of roasting and blending specialty coffee.
In Blackwood, Martin Street Coffee Roasters are famed for their smooth, creamy and full-flavoured coffee that’s easy to drink and deliciously addictive.
In Lancefield, Rafael’s Coffee specialises in small-batch coffee roasting, using fair trade beans. While The Town Roaster roasts small batch coffee in Kyneton – which can be enjoyed at their shop on Market Street (open Monday to Friday).
