An interactive, hands-on Australian wildlife experience like no other.

Join Zoologists from Wild Action Zoo and their amazing Australian animal family for a 75-minute immersive wildlife experience. Be amazed by a myriad of live wildlife, and learn fascinating facts about each animal's classification, adaptations, habitats, diet, ecological niche and threats they face.

After the performance, there will be plenty of opportunities to interact and photograph a wide array of native animals, including koalas, kangaroo joeys, echidnas, bats, critically endangered mountain pygmy possums, sugar gliders, birds of prey, reptiles, amphibians, and so much more.

With over 32 years of public presentations, their knowledge and passion for wildlife and the natural world are contagious. Suitable for all ages. Take a walk on the wild side in the Macedon Ranges.

Accessibility

  • Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia)
  • Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
