Big Tree Distillery

Founded by husband-and-wife team Gary and Catherine, every bottle of Big Tree Distillery's award winning gin is distilled on site using 'Beryl', their 300-litre Australian made copper pot still and locally sourced botanicals wherever possible.

They are renowned for their Elegant Dry Gin, Claude Navy Strength Gin and a range of seasonal and limited-edition releases that celebrate regional farm produce.

Guests can enjoy guided tastings, learn about the distilling process, browse locally made gifts, and soak up the peaceful rural setting from the tasting room and outdoor deck. Throughout the year, the distillery also hosts special events featuring local food, live music and seasonal experiences.
