Hunter-Gatherer Winery

Our 70 acre property has 12 acres of vineyard on the North side of an extinct volcano. We farm with a regenerative mindset with a focus on improving soil life and creating a vineyard ecosystem in harmony with nature.

Wander past the 1860’s homestead to the large barn-like structure behind the house. Grab a seat at the bar in our cosy cellardoor tasting room or head oustide to relax under the trees or pergola and soak in the views. Our range of wines have a strong focus on sparkling wine, with winemaker & owner Brian having a background in sparkling wine production for wineries across Australia. Our range also includes Riesling, Chardonnay, Rose, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Shiraz. Some of our grapes are sourced from the nearby Heathcote wine region.

Stay for a while and enjoy a platter made with local produce. Open 12-5pm every weekend.
