This exhibition is presented by a group of Central Victorian artists inviting you to see local waterways with fresh eyes.
Creeks, rivers, reservoirs, even drains, are a part of people's lives - in their memories, their parks, their farms, their towns, their wild secret places, and even – perhaps most especially – in their bodies. Yet people can easily take them for granted.
The artists in this exhibition approach the waterways with curiosity and reverence. The artworks explore their beauty and fragility through memories, histories, maps, observations and deep personal connections.
