Lyons Will Estate

Established in 1996, Lyons Will Estate's first plantings were Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Since then the estate has grown in size to include Gamay and Riesling, making the total area under vine just over 7 hectares.

A project of love driven by wine makers and vignerons Ollie Rapson and Renata Morello. Committed to sustainability, minimal modifications, natural outcomes.

Lyons Wills hallmark is its hands on, family owned approach, all vines are hand pruned, hand groomed and hand-picked, ensuring the best quality possible from bud-burst to the final bottle. Being a family owned winery, you can chat first-hand with one of the winemakers while they take you through a selection of their wine.

The Lyons Will cellar door is open every weekend (Friday - Sunday), and at other times by appointment. They offer seated wine tastings in their cellar door, located in the heart of the vineyards, offering sweeping views over the Lancefield valley and the vineyard.

Charcuterie and cheese platters are available to accompany wine by the glass. Walk-ins are welcome.
