Founded by chocolatier Christina Tantsis, Sisko blends sculptural chocolate artistry with immersive tasting experiences, inviting visitors to slow down and reconnect through flavour, creativity and craftsmanship. When you step into the studio at 5 Albert Street, you are welcomed by the aroma of freshly tempered couverture chocolate and our signature hot chocolate sphere experience. Guests can enjoy a curated café menu featuring rich drinking chocolates, locally roasted coffee and seasonal sweet creations, all served alongside handcrafted chocolates made on site in small batches. Our offering extends beyond retail. Visitors can book hands on workshops including truffle making, chocolate flower sculpting, premium moulding classes and seasonal decorating sessions. Many experiences include a cacao bean to bar tasting flight, offering insight into the journey of chocolate from origin to finished piece. Our chocolate and whisky pairing evenings are a popular highlight, designed as intimate, flavour led experiences in the cooler months. Sisko is also known for its signature orb collections, luxury magnetic gift boxes and bespoke corporate creations. Every piece is crafted using premium French couverture and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, with a focus on quality, design and flavour.
