Rug up for a weekend in Daylesford and surrounds filled with fireside sessions, frosty mornings and live music in cool spaces.
Bust out the beanies, pull on the woollies and escape to cool country this August as Winter Sounds returns to the historic churches, schoolhouses and country halls of Daylesford and the surrounding villages.
Brought to the region from the producers of the award-winning Riverboats Music Festival and now in its fourth season, Winter Sounds transforms the heart of regional Victoria into a music trail, where audiences move between glowing stages and open fires, taking in the crisp country air whilst
experiencing celebrated artists in unique spaces.
This year's program runs from 27 to 30 August and features performances by acclaimed Australian artists including Augie March, Kate Miller-Heidke, Magic Dirt, Henry Wagons, Hana and Jessie-Lee's Bad Habits, Lior with string quartet, Public Figures, Queenie, Romy Vager, William Crighton and more.
Now firmly established as one of regional Victoria's most beloved boutique winter festivals, Winter Sounds offers audiences the chance to trade city lights for a weekend of fire pits and live music, mixed with the scents of mulled wine, hot whiskey and darn-good music in some of Spa Country's most unique and atmospheric venues.
